SpearMind, a pioneer in data analysis and Artificial Intelligence applications, conducted an original study to evaluate multinational companies operating in Greece. The study identified the top 50 multinational companies in the country, based on 28 critical factors.

The research drew on Interbrand’s ranking, but the evaluation was based on the collection and processing of a large volume of data, analyzing 28 critical factors that reflect the work culture, employee satisfaction, career development opportunities, stability, and corporate sustainability practices.

SpearMind utilized an advanced Artificial Intelligence model, which analyzed a wealth of data, such as employee evaluations, business reports, financial performance, human resource management policies, and sustainability strategies.

The companies were evaluated based on a final score (Total Score), with the maximum possible score reaching 2200 points. The top five multinationals in Greece stood out with exceptionally high scores, with the leading company scoring 1768 points.
